Great place to call home Absolutely love it here! Made so many friends here it feels like everybody know everybody. Great maintenance and office staff!

Amenities not as explained.Vetting process is questionable. It appears that vetting process for tenants is questionable. Appears like management company wants to just fill buildings.
The amenities are not as explained. The club house is closed at 5:30 so no use for people who work in day time.
Or anyone else. Should be open at night until 8pm at least weekends until 9pm.
The bathrooms are locked also by 5:30 so people who exercise or at pool can’t use.
This is not even an amenity.
TV at pool... is not useable unless you go to club house and ask about it. Can’t after 5:30.
We have a garage and are told what can be in garage besides car! This one is OUTRAGEOUS!
All this boils down to terrible availability to club house hours.
Many have shared these things amongst tenants. Frustrating at the very least. We were very happy with things the first year here. Although these issues were the same. The office staff is GREAT! The maintenance crew are quick to respond and that is great.
Very helpful group! Sometimes you need a genuine repair person.
Or new dishwasher!

Our dishwasher doesn’t work as it should. That is extremely frustrating. We have been sent maintenance 3 times now.
I know there are going to be things that are frustrating in an apartment building and that is understandable these issues I have talked about are not.
Please do something about this.
Hire someone after hours to sit at front desk is an idea to consider.
It is a lovely complex. Let’s fix issues that are fixable.
