This is not a safe place to live, especially if you have children. I have had my car broken into 3 times, had a license plate stolen, and many times I have had people trying to break into my apartment. There was a man in the parking lot taking off his clothes, and when I went into the office to inform them the girl was on her personal cell phone and after I told her, she held up a finger to tell me to wait a minute, but never got off of her phone. There are homeless people all over the place at... all hours, and even though I have been told there is security, it is just a resident whom I have not seen doing anything about any of it in the 14 months I have been there. I have also been asking for screens for my windows, again for 14 months, and still don't have any. Marco who does maintenance and his wife Maria, who is the cleaning lady, are amazing, but when sent to fix things he is given flimsy parts that don't work. I would NOT recommend this place.

Very nice personal in the office
They explain everything about to the apartment and all the personal they work en this place. They give me a big option about the apartment.

Not Honoring Promises
Management promises to quickly respond to complaints but fails to honor them. When I call to follow up on repair report I made I am quickly told I am "on the list" when it is obvious she is not pulling up my complaint file. It is obvious she is placating me. I feel unappreciated and express caution when considering renting here.

I know for a fact that all work orders get done in a timely manner. We appreciate all tenants and treat each one equal even the ones that think the clip outside you hang your mail on is just as important as someone that needs their toilet snaked, or... their Garbage disposal reset. This I a Great Place to Call Home and Invite you to take a tour, talk to the other tenants then you will truly know we go above and beyond for our tenants here at Red Fox Apartments ... Oh and we did replace his mail clip :)
