I have been here 3 years. Now it's non-smoking. The apartment behind me smokes so much my apartment stinks. Really bad. And it's only getting worse. Let office manager know and she said she would check the next day. It's the next day. I am still smelling smoking and nothing being done by the office. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Avondale Apts Tulsa-many mailbox locks don't work. Flimsy plastic mailboxes. Homeless carry off armloads of tenants mail to sell or steal their identies!

I've been here two years, the staff are very helpful and are there whenever I need something. As a college student I appreciate the affordable and pet-friendly living and have been glad to see the dog parks where other apartments don't have that.

I've also used the sidewalk by the creek for longboarding/walking if I need to get out.

Not great they hardly fix anything my neighbors ceiling fell in from the leak in my tub and they hardly came to fix it.

Maintenance takes care of nothing, air conditioner has stopped working four times, dishwasher has been broken since day 1, cabinet drawers are all broken, toilet wont stop running, doorwall has gap open at top that lets bugs in, tiles in bathroom caved in when pushed on, looks like mold. Managers do not answer phone and area always rude.
