I have been living at One Eton for about a year, and love it. All the girls in the office is super friendly and maintenance always quick to help with any problems.

The location of these apartments are convenient since they’re near all the places you could possibly need or want to go to, like restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, etc. The application process was very easy and fast and the staff was beyond friendly and informative. They also offer a couple of different community amenities which is also convenient since you can do things like go to the 24 hour fitness center, swim in the pools, play tennis, use the free wifi in the office to work,... use the billiards pool table, etc, in the comfort of your own apartment complex. The staff is wonderful!! Five star staff! Triniti has been wonderful in helping us through out the process and was a gem to talk to! They’re working on renovation in the apartments to make them better for those who live here and are interested in moving in.

Worst place to live. I have never had so many constant issues with management and the apartment itself. Do not recommend this place at all

I was there for a year. Started off great. They were supper helpful with the quickness of when I was trying to move in and helped when things needed to get fixed. About 7 months in they changed management. I then went the next 4 months without hot water and with barely any updates on when it would be fixed. I also didn't get any money off any of my rent even though I was having to shower at a gym and wash my clothes in cold or lukewarm water. I got a new job and was excited to move out.
