I decided to rent here because it was well within my budget and seemed like an okay place to rent. It has been a nightmare from the start. Right now after 6 months of living her my biggest gripe is with the maintenance staff. We often are without water without any warning whatsoever. It has been 2 weeks since I had reliable water. It is out yet again without any warning! I was in the middle of doing laundry. I have soapy clothes. Do not know when it will come back on. The maintenance staff has... no pride in their work. No motivation to complete a task. They do not care. My oven has been broke since I moved in. No chance of it getting fixed. I just started fixing my things instead of relying on them. Do not rent from any property owner by vesta!

unfortunately..
Lived here 3 months, the amenities are nonexistent. Have asked multiple times about laundry rooms and fitness center but they’re either “down” (for 3 months?) or they simply don’t exist. The property is beautiful and I don’t have any complaints otherwise but if you’re not equipped to take your laundry elsewhere or you’d like to make use of a fitness center, definitely don’t recommend wasting your time here.

Manager nice until you move in. Then does not care. Needs new management all the way to regional mgr. No security and no empathy of any promises made.
