When first came all looked good The only thing good about this place is pulling out the driveway Speak mgr on premises Funny had my bedroom blinds fall down on me and I’m a elderly widow female and to them no big deal Trash everywhere Excessive bills, they don’t tell you about all the items they have that don’t work Or how about the gates on dog park that don’t close Only thing I like about this place girls in office very sweet and it’s beyond their control My happiness comes when I get out of... here!! Computers? Might work on Monday but not on Tuesday

We sincerely apologize for the distressing incident with your bedroom blinds falling. This is absolutely not the standard of upkeep we expect, and we understand how upsetting and concerning this must have been, especially as an elderly widow. We also regret that this was not handled with the gravity it deserved.
The issues you've described with trash not being properly managed and non-functional amenities like the dog park gates are unacceptable. We are also looking into the billing concerns you raised regarding items that don't work. It's also concerning to hear about the reliability of our computer systems.
We truly appreciate you acknowledging the kindness of our office staff, though we understand their hands are tied when it comes to these larger issues.

Don't do it.
After 3 months of living here, I still have not fully unpacked because I know we will not renew our lease. The leasing team has not held up their end as far as taking care of maintenance issues or customer service. The lighting is terrible. Especially around the dog park, which has gates that are damaged and have been so since we moved in. The community is quiet, Safe and kind but the apartments are overpriced for the overall value

Head-turning Style, Extraordinary Location.
I have signed my third lease here and absolutely love it! The grounds are meticulous and it is so quiet and peaceful. Fabulous apartment homes with garages and all the high-end amenities.
Manager and staff are always on top of things and maintenance is top-notch!
If you are looking for luxury apartment living convenient to stores and highways, this is the place to be!

Location location location
The Mansions is close to multiple parks which is great for kids. It also has the Riverwalk close by with plenty of great restaurants and activities. The staff do a great job maintaining the grounds and amenities offered to people living here. The maintenance team does a great job at expediting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner. The leasing team is very helpful when finding an apartment and helping navigate what is the right fit for you.
