Nice Place but Neighbors Upstairs Can Be Very Noisy
We lived here for five years and grew to love it. Very spacious floor plans with open concept living. We loved the high ceilings and polished concrete floors. Bathroom floors are white tile which is not our preference as it is very difficult to keep clean. Would have preferred the same flooring as the rest of the unit.
Maintenance requests were always fulfilled promptly and we had the best maintenance person who was always respectful of our time and property. Chris was by far the most pleasant... to deal with in this area and we have had many over the years.
The main problem we had was upstairs neighbors as your ceiling is their floor and walking noise was magnified with the open concept apartment acting as a speaker box at times when they were partying or exercising above your head.
There used to be a great view of the eastern sky until the new building was constructed and blocked all natural views. Much of the character of these apartments has been diminished due to this one aspect. The western view is no longer there either as the new apartments were built blocking the entire western sky view. We moved out as the construction literally obliterated our business.
Would consider moving back if the rents were lowered to reflect the changes but I do not see that ever happening.
