I emailed them regarding cockroaches and was assured that they were not in the building I would live. What a crock! Within a week they were everywhere and even crawling on me. The exterminator was there so often that I knew him better than mgmt. when I left there were still cockroaches. Also every time it rained the water cascaded down the window and ruined the rug. This was fix 2 days before I moved.

It's okay... The laundry rooms are outdated, and the machines are always breaking down and outdated. No incentives for living on the property for over a year or longer. The doors and windows don't keep the heat in during the winter nor help keep it cool during the summer with the AC on.

Great location, horrible apartments
There was a massive leak in my apartment kitchen the day I moved in, visible and dripping from the ceiling, along with extensive staining and bubbling from previous leaks. It was right next to the welcome box, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t dealt with before. There are still large brown stains on the ceiling.
Lots of bugs. Cockroaches especially.
Old and unkept buildings slapped with cheap carpet with lots of exposed nails. Mold in the bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom were both extremely dirty... .
It’s not up to the standard I would expect at this price range.
