Been at Country Hollow for almost nine years. Never any problems. Maintenance repairs always completed in a timely manner.

I emailed them regarding cockroaches and was assured that they were not in the building I would live. What a crock! Within a week they were everywhere and even crawling on me. The exterminator was there so often that I knew him better than mgmt. when I left there were still cockroaches. Also every time it rained the water cascaded down the window and ruined the rug. This was fix 2 days before I moved.

It's okay... The laundry rooms are outdated, and the machines are always breaking down and outdated. No incentives for living on the property for over a year or longer. The doors and windows don't keep the heat in during the winter nor help keep it cool during the summer with the AC on.
