This apartment did not give my roommate and I all the information needed when we looked at the place. If you plan on renting from this place make sure you are making 6x the amount of rent each month. It is ridicious.

The only people or person that has to make 6 times the amount of rent is the co-signer on our market side of the property. We try to give as much... information as possible over the phone but encourage people to come by and view our community. We always answer our phones but we only have two lines and some calls can be lengthy so the service will pick up but we will return your call.
