Literally lied about an apartment being ready. The office staff don’t communicate with each other clearly. They won’t refund me my money for the security deposit after they lied and were the ones to make mistakes.

I moved here in a rush and wish I hadn't. In eight months, there have been four new "managers", the majority of the time we have no maintenance staff (I've had to fix items myself), there is a monthly charge for pest control but I've never gotten pest control services, they do not change air filters (I've been purchases and changing my own), they do NOT answer the phone or return messages left via phone or the online portal. The only way to speak to someone is to show up unannounced in the... office. The grounds are ill-kept. People do not follow simple rules such as make sure your dog is on a leash and pick up after them. The air units are as old as the first particle of air and electricity bills are on the high side because of it. When it rains, there are good-sized puddles that linger for days throughout the property. Oh, and let's not forget the time that the leasing office didn't pay their own electricity bill, and the majority of the complex was pitch-black dark for about two weeks. Safety doesn't seem to matter to the owners because there are breezeway lights that have been out for months. I've recently seen roof shingles on the ground from the recent storms. Pieces of gutter are laying around. The two pools they rant about? Disgusting. They are not kept, not cleaned, and the second one is usually occupied by ducks and filled with green mush. I’ve been living here for over 6 years. Ownerships change often. My apartment have issues and management is not fixing my issues. They don’t even answer the phone. Maintenance request have to be done online. Some residents are older and not computer competent.

Have had a work order in for 3 months everytime I call to check on it they say they don't know. It is for AC it is 85 degrees in my apartment. The tub has leaked since I moved in and there are a lot of hidden fees. Terrible location my car has been broken in twice. Thankfully I'm moving out.

Ive had a Lease here from 2020. My move in day was a mess, they said I can start moving in at 3pm but when I showed up to pick up my keys they changed the time and said not until 4pm when they finally let me move In I walked in and the place was a mess, it was NOT ready for me to move in, and it was super dirty. Luckily the management was changed and everything was better from there on so I decided to renew my lease but 6 months into my second year and my boyfriend license plate was stolen and... all four of my wheel of my car was stolen a few months after.
