The maintenance response Monday morning was excellent. Richard diligently looked for the problem and though he couldn't find the where or why there was water on the bathroom flootbb, he did it very timely and gave me instructions for what to do should it happen again. Always polite and professional. Very satisfied!

Very overpriced and the management sucks!!! You'll be better off moving somewhere else down the road. Manager is very strict on things u can have on patio and balcony. Many residents leave mid lease.

This renting experience has been the worst experience of my whole life... as one previous reviewer mentioned there is a TON of theft in this complex, not only did someone rob me at gunpoint not even two weeks later someone broke into my car and stole my wallet. The office manager is absolutely the rudest,insensitive and disrespectful person I’ve met in my life, after I was robbed I went to the office to report it, Brenda insinuated that it was my fault and was very rude to me despite the fact... that I was extremely traumatized. Also worth mentioning is that after my rent check was turned in they sent me a notice to vacate stating that my rent had not been paid and tried to charge a late fee. The gated community thing is a crock of crap considering that the gate never is working. Another issue is “security” if you can even call them that, they come through with their lights flashing in the middle of the night which for myself is annoying as I am a light sleeper. They don’t do anything besides drive around and god forbid you inconvenience them by asking them to do anything for you. There is ALWAYS an ambulance or police here and they park right outside of our building and don’t bother to turn their lights off when they pull into the complex. The people who used to live above me when asked nicely if they could please keep their volume down and not move furniture at night the man spat in my face when I told the office they acted like that wasn’t a big deal. I now have upstairs neighbors who play their music so loud late at night I can identify the songs they’re listening to, they smoke weed all the time and it seeps into my bathroom. It seems as though they don’t give a darn about the back part of the buildings because for one out trash dumpster sits in the middle of the street. As for the apartment itself, the floors are stick on linoleum and are always grimy and dull no matter how furiously you clean them, there are no lights in the bedrooms and lighting in the living area is scarce. The cabinets and fixtures are okay but there is paint all over my countertops in the kitchen. People park out in the parking lot and blare music at all hours. If you value your safety spend a little more money on a nicer apartment complex that cares about its residents. Staying in these apartments was a bad experience . After staying in these apartments for a month I noticed bite marks on my body . Come to find out the apartment was filled with Bed Bugs . Two residences that just moved in had this issue . If you don’t want to buy new furniture, ,clothes and new bed set then I wouldn’t move into these apartments .

I loved living at crown pointe the first two years. Here is a fact they don't tell you. The back half of the apartments are robbed all the time. The police told me that when my apartment was broken in to. It took maintenance two and a half hours to show up and fix the door after I found my home destroyed. When the head maintenance guy finally showed up he was so rude. Now for the floor tile is coming up. The walls are paper thin you can here everything from the building above, below, and next to... yours. There are no light in the bedrooms.
