Great place to live! I’ve lived here for 2 years and love its close proximity to everything! Office staff is always helpful and friendly and any maintenance issues I’ve had have been taken care of quickly!

Awesome place to live
I began my third year at Park at Tuscany in May 2023. I have very much enjoyed living here. The management's main goals are to keep the property well maintained, well groomed, and to keep the residents feeling like they are of the utmost importance and the main reason Park at Tuscany exists. For my time at Park at Tuscany they have achieved all of those goals. Whether you are young or mid age or a bit older, have children or not, have pets or not, you'll have found "home" when you come to... Park at Tuscany!

Nope
I stayed here during a temporary corporate relocation situation. Overall, the place is pretty decent (as far as apartment living can afford). My stay was abbreviated because cockroaches were crawling up through the kitchen sink. Do with that what you will ...
