Excellent service on my maintenance request! Great service at Savannah Ridge! I was having issues with my refrigerator and the repairs didn't solve the problem, so today they brought me a new refrigerator. Very happy with the service. Excellent maintenance personnel!

Excellent Management and Fantastic Amenities I had an amazing experience living at this apartment community. First of all, I want to give a special thanks to the property manager, Natalie. She is incredibly professional, friendly, and truly cares about the residents. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of in the shortest time possible. Her dedication and excellent customer service made living here a wonderful experience... .
The amenities are outstanding. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines and always clean, making it easy to stay active. The clubhouse is beautiful, comfortable, and a great place to relax or spend time with friends. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing—clean, spacious, and one of the best features of the community.
The entire property is well maintained, peaceful, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The maintenance team is responsive, and the staff always treats residents with kindness and respect.
I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and enjoyable place to live. Thank you, Natalie and the entire team, for making my time here such a great experience!

Great place to live Savannah Ridge is a great place to live. It is also a quiet place to live. It is on the west side of Norman but close to grocery stores and shopping centers. Neighbors are friendly and we all look out for each other. Management is great and so is the maintenance team. Property is well maintined. There is a gym and a pool. I have lived here 11 years and have loved every minute of it.

Good, Not Great
The location is perfect, the newly renovated apartments are beautiful and very well done. However the units are small and in my opinion not worth the price for the amount of space. Every wall/ceiling/floor is incredibly thin and you can hear quite literally everything your neighbors do. I have lived here for nearly 3 years and that’s been true the entire time.
