(General upkeep) 3.5/5 Maintenance staff is kind and attentive. Student assistants are also helpful. However the gym water fountain has been broken since 2022, with seemingly no intention of being fixed.

(Management) 1/5 The General Manger is unprofessional and unhelpful. Management does little to nothing to assure safety of the residents.
