I lived here for the past few years. The building was bought and the new owners have renovated the grounds, the pool and some of the apartments. It is a lot nicer. They just got a new management company that is WAY better than the old one. Hope they keep it up.

They are absolutely terrible I lived there for two years and management change 4 times while living there and they lost all our deposits and proof of rent when we moved out they said we would for sure get our deposit back well here we are over 6months out and still no deposit do not live here

You can tell there is new management. The place was bought sometime last year and they brought in new front office people. Awesome place!

They will try to rip you off when you move. Lost my deposit, had to pay $500 to break the lease, and they still are trying to get $1200 for "Cleaning" complete nonsense. I'm not paying a dime, and I suggesting anyone else moving out of here not even to pay the break lease fee. They are criminals, and should be in jail.

I literally had NO problems living here, I heard how much of a bad complex it was but I actually didn’t see any problems. I got things fixed within a pretty reasonable amount of time. I loveeee Sandy!
I feel as though once you’re a good tenant then you won’t have any problems! Sandy will definitely work with you if you work with her! If I didn’t plan on moving states, I would most likely stay here much longer!
I had a 1 bedroom and it was perfect for me.
