Do not recommend. Don't think maintenance will fix your issues within the apartment. I got moved in with no work being done. I couldn't even shower it was so bad. There was also no cleaning. Nice neighborhood. Friendly people. Great schools. Place is kept up by Manager and Maintence man who live on the property. All and all pretty nice place to live for the money.
