DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place has been known in Edmond for having problems. A new owner purchased the property and kept the same crap staff from before. Maintenance will be here until midnight making lots of noise with hammers and drills and when you complain about it they just say “we are remodeling “ they have no respect for renters! The place is dirty there is bugs everywhere! No laundry facilities at all! High crime building and constantly smells like cigarettes and marijuana. The staff are... rude and unhelpful and the neighbors are rude too! Please save yourself the time and find somewhere else to live

Roaches. Dirty and smells bad.
No onsite maintenance or video patrol. Not worth the money there's only 7 people in the entire building. Feel free to come check it out for yourself
