Green space and clean clean clean!
Moving into this apartment was incredibly easy and convenient—I toured on Wednesday and was fully moved in by Saturday! From the very beginning, the staff has been responsive and genuinely caring, which made the transition feel seamless.
One of my favorite things about living here is the spacious green areas. My dog and I both adore them,it’s such a peaceful perk that’s hard to find. The community feels very safe, and I’ve even made a few great connections with my neighbors. I also really... appreciate how well maintained the property is. The team picks up trash around the buildings daily, and it shows.
Overall, it’s been such a positive experience. It feels like a place that truly prioritizes both comfort and community.

Best apartment complex I've ever lived in!
My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and love this place! All of the staff - from property management to the maintenance team - have been super kind and quick to help us if anything has come up. Coming from previous complexes where the staff didn't care or communicate, it has been so refreshing to have a team full of great communicators and lovely people supporting us.

I feel nice and safe at Cedar Trace!
my girlfriend and i moved in a couple of weeks ago and love it! we feel pretty safe here. so far i know there’s a police department and an urgent care really close! we toured with Will and he was very helpful with any questions we had before choosing the place. maintenance has also been very timely and helpful and explained what the issue was. everything has been wonderful and highly recommend living here!
