The whole experience with River Park team has been absolutely stellar. The entire team, from the front desk, to maintenance, to leadership, has been incredible to work with. And there is not one person that does more than the next, but rather they all put forth a ton of effort to help you choose the apartment that's the best fit for you, and also have a smooth move-in experience. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Sara, Colby, Nick and Emily by name, as they truly went above and beyond in helping... me figure out if River Park was the place for me. Even when there was a small miscommunication before move-in, they handled it quickly and professionally, without any hassle. And Emerson and Gene were super helpful in getting maintenance taken care of asap. I have lived at multiple Champion communities over the years and they really can't be beat. The community managers and the maintenance staff are some of the best. I stopped by River Park a few weeks ago and just loved it - the floor plans and the amenities (including covered parking) don't leave much more to ask for. I'll definitely consider moving there when my current lease is up. Kudos to Colby and Zay for showing me around and answering all my questions!!
