A lot of oportunities in Centervile park apartments! airport is near located right behind the I-75 highway it means You will get anywhere fast! property located in center of everything stuff working exellant no problem very welcome! especially Alexis She is super smart,very expeirienced she can solve any problem!This is my second years to living here! I love it here
I’ve lived here since may and i love it here! The pool is very nice, the gym is awesome, the people at the office are super nice. The neighborhood im in is very quiet. The townhomes are overall very nice for what you’re paying for.

Stay away
This place is a complete money pit, and it shows with how management treats their tenants. On top of our rent, they're charging us $30/month for use of the carpet, which is extremely strange, and several monthly charges were added to the rent that wasn't disclosed at the time of application. We also got charged an extra $11 for their company's rental insurance even though we had proof of rental insurance through our insurance company at the time of move in. There were also several things wrong... with the apartment including the lack of cleaning (mold in the fridge as well as behind the toilets). The thermostat didn't go above 62 deg (in January). Luckily that got fixed but we have yet to have the dryer vent unclogged despite putting several work orders in. The structure itself is also not well insulated. The windows allow a lot of outside air in and nobody can be in their rooms with their door closed without it getting very chilly in that room. I am on a lower level, and the metal joists actually creak when my upstairs neighbor walks on his floor (he's not a big guy nor is he very heavy-footed). I've also talked to many of my neighbors who share similar stories to mine. All in all, this is not a good place to live at all. We can at least modify the apartment be to be somewhat comfortable, but the management are scum. They've given us hell from day one (as soon as they had our money) for no good reason. It's sad when you must prepare for legal action against your landlord in the first month of living here. And the rent prices are most definitely not worth what you get! Summing up... Stay away! You've been warned.
