Yes there are cats, but they are all friendly and stay out of the way! No smell of cat or anything. Nice and pleasant landlord who give ZERO issues as long as your bills are paid on time, with a grace period of 15 days with no added fees might I add. Very nice place to have been my first time renting! Thank you Rustic Arms crew for being great’

Cats everywhere, landlord doesn’t care about anything, maintainence guys either don’t know anything about fixing anything, or are told to cheaply rig stuff up for temp fix (current tenant here, this place is absolute garbage)

The complex area is full of cats, a lot of things are wrong with the apartment, I guess thats why they called it rustic complex.
