Filthy.
This place is far from luxury. The amount of dog crap outside is insane!!! The buildings are dirty, the dumpsters are always overflowing and you gotta walk through dog waste to access the dumpster. The people that keep moving in are more and more sketchy. This was the worst apartment I ever lived in! Maintenance takes about 3-5 visits over a week plus to fix any appliance problems. The office staff is always different. The pool is ice cold. The hallway floors are black from dirt and... filth. I lived here almost 3 years and that was way too long. The dog waste is even in the children’s play ground and in front of the mail boxes and it just sits there for weeks! Some of the grass is so messed up from dog waste it smells so bad in the summer. All the people that live here are super rude, noisy, and don’t know how to park. The cost of rent and the environment doesn’t add up. Also they send maintenance in for the air filter change inspections and they are taking pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen for heather reason they did it several times, they did give notice via email and signs on the doors. I had several packages go missing I had to spend $150 every 6 months for an ups mail box to get packages delivered to. I was literally shocked to get most of my deposit back. Parking is awful. You will only get a spot during the day. After 6pm, there is no parking. Apartments are full of workers that have 4+ vehicles. There is not enough spaces to accommodate one per apartment, let alone multiple cars.
