This place has really turned around! The new management company is great! I have lived here for 5 years and this is the best it has been ever! I was honestly thinking about moving right before this company took over! They are so responsive to our needs and making sure things are taken care of first day! The maintenance man lives on site and is probably the most polite and professional person you will meet! And this manager that's a striking young professional man is amazing! He gets the job done... and don't play around! Honestly if you were to ask me a year ago about the place I would have told you to run for your life.... But now I would highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed! It actually feels like home now.

Due to the age of this review, a few items have changed. While we no longer have a maintenance technician living on site, we do have on-site maintenance M-F 8a-5p, and 24-hour coverage for after-hours maintenance emergencies. And while I am not the... same manager as referred to in the review, I have been here almost 1-1/2 years and I work tirelessly to ensure that you are living in a safe, clean, and peaceful community. You will be listened to, you will be heard, and your concerns will be addressed every time. We want you to feel at home when you are...well...when you are at home. The Meadows Apartments in Pickerington - a fantastic place to call home!
