Good management and maintenance
????? The apartment is updated and comfortable. The staff and maintenance team have been great to work with. Even though the leasing office is located at off site at another property, it’s only about five minutes away and the staff is always easy to reach and quick to respond when something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team has always been helpful and professional. Overall, it’s been a really convenient and comfortable place to live.

great price for a great location !
I really like the location of this community. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, so it doesn’t feel like you’re right in the middle of everything, but you’re still only a few minutes from fast food, grocery stores, gas stations, banks, and the highway. It makes getting around really easy. The apartments have also been nicely updated, and you can tell the property has had a lot of exterior improvements as well. It’s a simple community without a lot of extra amenities, but if you’re looking... for a comfortable, updated apartment in a convenient location, this is a great option.
