I moved in November of 2025 and have no complaints. Management is great and neighbors are nice. Trains do come through but I don’t notice them ever.

Lived here about 3 years now. Owners are very responsive to anything we have requested. Train noise can be excessive when windows are open,but eventually you learn to tune it out. Not crazy about smoking still being ok in buildings or bbq grills on some decks. Grass gets mower and snow and ice removal are swiftly addressed. Nice and close to 75 for commuting and good schools in maumee. Lots of shopping and dining choices close by too. Secure entry doors are nice too. Wish rent could be paid... online though. Family owned. The landlord is a professional landscaper/snow removal, and is prompt to remove snow and ice. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Hallways are kept clean. I’ve lived here for over 23 years

I’ve lived here for 5 years with no issues. Landlords are awesome.. Amazing with salting during the winter, keep the landscaping nice during the summer, and being prompt to fix issues that are brought to their attentions. Manager (Michelle) and Maintenance Man (Keith) are always quick to respond as well. Location is within walking distance to Dales, Village Idiot, Buster Browns, Brew and many more hang outs. Only downfall is the train tracks but they only go to and from the Anderson facility so... they’re not a busy track.
