Cumberland Links is a great place to live. I have lived here for about 3 years, and I have always felt safe and comfortable. Michelle and Amanda at the office are exceptional and address concerns quickly. The community is well-maintained and quiet. The trash is always taken care of, and the landscaping looks amazing. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, and pet-friendly community within a few miles of I-270 and a quick commute to both Columbus and Newark, this is truly the place to be.

my personal experience in this community, has been great so far it’s a very quiet neighborhood. There’s a lot of kids around my son’s age, and he started to make friends and going to be starting with some of the kids in the neighborhood which is also a plus I like how there is sheriffs and first responders here.
The only thing that I can say that maybe upset was the beginning another leasing manager was very rude and incompetent. It took me about almost a year for my maintenance work to get... done, and then she proceeds to bash on me and telling me what I was doing wrong which I had all the videos and pictures to prove it for my evidence.
I still have some maintenance orders that I’m still waiting for it to be done. I do not like how I’m not sure if it’s because of the system when you put a maintenance requesting and maybe an hour later it automatically says it was done when the situation was not done.

I've been here since October 2025 and so far its been great! Move-in was easy and pain free, the apartment is nice and well kept and from what I've explored of the property, its really nice

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently frustrating. There is a clear lack of professionalism, communication, and overall care from management.

Issues are either ignored or poorly handled, and getting timely, clear responses is rare. Management feels disorganized and unresponsive, which makes even simple concerns more stressful than they should be.

One of the most concerning parts is pricing—rent is significantly higher than what is advertised,... which feels misleading and unfair to residents.

For the cost of living here, the level of service and management is not acceptable. After several years of dealing with the same patterns, it’s clear this isn’t just occasional—it’s ongoing.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well-managed or transparent place to live. Read More
