Love it here! Great pool and pet park! Can leave my door unlocked and everyone is super friendly. Clean grounds and excellent location to 270.

From the start, my apartment was not properly prepared for move-in and required multiple repairs and follow-ups just to reach a livable condition. Since then, ongoing maintenance issues, including a ceiling leak, have only added to the frustration.
The condition of the common areas has significantly declined. There are frequent issues with pet waste in shared spaces, including inside and around elevators, along with stained carpets and a general lack of upkeep. The trash compactor has also been... broken for over a month, creating additional inconvenience and contributing to the overall condition of the property. Promised updates to the building have not been delivered, despite residents paying amenity fees.
Overall, there appears to be a lack of consistent management, accountability, and attention to basic living standards, and it has taken away from what could otherwise be a great place to live

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever issues come up, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The amenities are great and the location is convenient for shopping, dining, and commuting. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to call home.
