I love my apartment and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Rhonda is always so kind and helpful in the office. I’ve only had to have maintenance come fix something a couple times but they show up and get it done in a timely manner. I have lived here before and moved away and when I got the opportunity to move back to the area,this was my first choice.

Best experience Office staff was great. They were willing to work with me and they were absolutely phenomenal.

I love it here. No crime. No loud noise. Close to Ohio state’s Newark campus, and located perfectly between Newark’s two main shopping areas. If you want to live comfortably at an affordable price, I would totally recommend moving here. I’m sad that I have to leave because I definitely struck gold with this place. Only problem I’ve had was with maintenance not showing up to fix my blinds but I’m not that concerned about that.

LOVE the new maintenance worker! She came in and got stuff done ASAP! She was quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly! She was also considerate of my belongings in my restroom. She asked before moving things around, and even asked before dumping the toilet water down my bathtub drain.

Nice place in a nice area Calm and peaceful, great location with efficient access to all parts of town!
