No communication, Luxury prices, bargain-basement living.
The biggest problem is the terrible sound insulation. I can hear neighbors talking from several units away while they are on their balconies, so imagine how disruptive loud music can be at night. My walls also frequently buzz and vibrate.
The next biggest issue is dealing with excessive water leaks that property manager refuses to deal with or even investigate the root cause of why the meter keeps going up despite nobody being at home.
Many advertised amenities are unreliable or simply do not... work. The smart-home system never worked properly. I submitted two separate maintenance tickets with photos and detailed explanations and even went into the office, only to be asked later, “What was the issue again?” This perfectly summarizes the poor communication here.
Ironically, management repeatedly blames problems on “miscommunication,” when the real issue is that concerns are not being properly followed up on. I even called the smart home company for help and they told me the property management handles it but seems like the leasing staffs are so dumb and have never worked with technology before.
Also FYI, it isn't miscommunication, it is just zero communication. Nobody replies to the emails nor calls. And I probably know why they keep avoiding cause they're either incompetent (can't fix it), or dumb or they need to pay a professional more to get it fixes.
Gym equipment and TVs also do not consistently work, while common areas and the yoga studio can smell musty and unpleasant. I have also noticed moisture and mold concerns.
Residents are charged around $90/month for only internet, despite cheaper comparable options elsewhere. And where is the cable TV mentioned in the lease addendum?
The property claims to be pet-friendly, yet the pet amenities are poorly maintained and the restrictions feel excessive. I've seen the place infested with spiders and moths.
Bottom line: this property sells a luxury image but delivers poor quality construction that includes water leaks, excessive noise, unreliable amenities, expensive internet, and frustrating/ignorant management. I say just avoid this place.

Dont let the “luxury” appearance fool you.
Do not let the “luxury” appearance fool you. My experience here has been extremely disappointing.
Extremely poor sound insulation:The walls feel incredibly cheap, and sound travels through them with almost no insulation. I could clearly hear and follow my neighbors’ conversations, even when they were talking on their balcony with all my windows closed.
Excessive water leaks and utility costs: There have been ongoing water-leak issues, and residents should be prepared for the possibility of... paying significantly more in utilities. In my experience, this added roughly $60 per month to my utility costs in addition to $90 you have to pay for basic internet on top of rent.
Poor cleanliness and trash management:Hallways frequently have strong, unpleasant odors, including persistent weed/marijuana smells. Trash has been allowed to pile up around the trash chutes and containers, creating unsanitary conditions. I have also seen moisture and mold developing in areas of the property.
Disruptive residents:Some residents repeatedly slam doors, yell and use profanity in the hallways, play loud music/videos for hours without headphones, and have loud video calls at all hours. The lack of consideration for other residents is frustrating.
Pet facilities and policies:Despite being advertised as pet-friendly, the strict pet restrictions make living here unnecessarily stressful. Meanwhile, the pet wash station has had cockroaches and other insects and is poorly maintained. The flooring is extremely slippery and provides inadequate traction.
Plumbing/construction quality:I experienced leaking issues, and a plumber who inspected the toilet told me that inexpensive fixtures had been used, raising further concerns about the overall construction quality.
“Smart home” features don't work:The smart-home technology heavily advertised as an amenity has not worked properly. It is frustrating to pay for a property marketed with modern features that residents cannot actually use reliably. Non of the gym TVs nor the TVs in the common areas work.
Overall, the property looks much better than it actually performs.

Fake advertisement
Nothing works in this apartment. The smart home doesn't work, the TVs in the studio and gym equipments does not work at all. Apartment is built not with wood but its cardboard. Very poorly maintained. And the property manager is a joke

Poor communication with no resolution
Please avoid this apartment at all costs. They have meter defect and leak issues as told by the plumber themselves. The toilet is very poor quality and probably bought second hand or refurbished; also told by plumbers. The property manager still unresponsive to any of these issues, next they are going to have to deal with mold due to leak. Nothing gets resolved and the property manager has been very incompetent. I cannot wait to get out. There are lots of building infrastructure issues as well... as pests issues created from trash piled up. Also as someone else mentioned, this place is too restrictive and not pet friendly at all.

Horrible experience
I have a horrible experience living here. The buidling infrastructure has been a nightmare and I recently found out the buidling wall was cardboard and was not wood at all. I was not sure if this normal but the weed smell is awful. Worst of all the property manager has been a pain to deal with.
