Friendly Staff, Clean community

I've lived at The Gramercy for a while now, and I have to say, the recent upgrades to the pool area have been fantastic! The new pool furniture is not only stylish but also super comfortable, perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. It’s clear that management is committed to keeping the community updated and enjoyable for residents.

Beyond the amenities, the staff here is always friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure residents feel at home and any concerns are addressed...
promptly. The maintenance team, in particular, is top notch, quick, professional, and efficient. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed, they’ve responded promptly and handled the issue with care.

Overall, The Gramercy is a great place to live. Between the well kept amenities and the attentive staff, it really feels like home!

RUN DONT WALK!

RUN DONT WALK! To expensive for the quality of the apartments. Electric bill for this month 507.00 water was 74.00. Management tries to make it look real good when they respond to the reviews. If you look below on the negative review management responding January 30 and then all of a sudden above it same date January 30 is a 5 star review. Looks like they are trying to keep there star rating up! People drive to fast the trash compactor breaks every other month and when you go into throw trash... out it is not picked up people laying trash everywhere. For all the money they ask for rent seems like they can make is cleaner. I am sure the response from management will be a wonderful positive one sure sure they have a community garden and put expensive rocking chairs out for people top sit in blah blah. Do Better and dont pick here to pay all your money too!

A Well-Maintained Community

Too expensive and not worth it

Rent is to expensive all electric utilities with electric bills ranging 350-400 monthly that is with the thermostat on 64 in winter and air conditioning set on 72 in summer. They use Nationwide energy partners for utilities which is horrible. If you are behind on your bill NEP don't call it's the girls from the leasing office that calls and tells you your late. To me they shouldn't have any access to my utility bill and what I have paid. I don't pay the Gramercy I pay NEP. They don't respond to... messages in a timely manner. The quality of the apartment and the price you pay are not worth it. You can rent a house for what you pay here. Stay away go somewhere else.
