Kitchen includes range, refrigerator, disposal, microwave but NO dishwasher. Washer and dryer, and chest freezer in cellar. There is an attached garage/shed for storage, workshop or recreation room, NOT for cars.

Driveway parking and nice back yard. Located in the village of Milan, walking distance to town square, library, restaurants and houses of worship. Milan Schools are A rated and the community is safe and environmentally minded. No postal delivery, pick up mail at the post office by having a post office box!

PLEASE NOTE: Stairway to loft bedroom is 21" wide. Ceilings in 2nd floor are low...only 6'7" and although the house as central A/C, the upstairs bedrooms may be warm during hot and muggy weather. Window, portable AC and fans are provided.
