Could not be happy enough! Liz has been amazing ever since I’ve lived here. The location is amazing being so close to downtown Loveland and has a direct access to 275 close by. Could not recommend enough!

Liz in the office is great, and maintenance is also fantastic. Everyone is so nice and they handle any issues quickly. It’s also the first community I’ve lived that is actually super clean and taken care of.

There are very serious black mold issues on the property that management could care less about. There is water damage in all my bathrooms from leaks from tenants above, paint is bubbling on at least 5 different walls. Constant bug issues, (stink bugs, slugs, spiders, grasshoppers, etc.).
Also, almost all tenants have a dog which means there is barking at all hours of the day and dog excrement all around the buildings. It smells horrible here. When you complain about dogs barking, nothing is... done. I barely get 5 hrs of sleep anymore due to the constant noise issues from dogs. Moving out as soon as my lease is up.

I lived in this community for two years. There were issues with bugs, mold, pet waste, and every dealing I had with the property managers was a nightmare! They messed up my billing multiple times and then tried to charge me late fees because they could not get things together on their end. I just moved out, and they are trying to charge me to replace parts of appliances that were most certainly NOT damaged. There is nothing “luxury” about these apartments or this community!
