I’ve lived here for 5 years and we’ve never had a problem we’ve been very happy. It’s clean and quiet and they always take care of whatever we need.

Maintenance is horrible and the main office never returns our phone calls. We moved here in July 2015. They refuse to replace anything. The dryers break every couple weeks and they have never replaced them for as long as we have been here. I have called three times over the past two months regarding the both dryers not working, and I just went down to get my clothes out and both dryers had wet clothes in them. We had to purchase our own refrigerator, because they refused to replace ours,... regardless of how many times I called and complained. We couldn’t purchase any fruits or vegetables, because they would freeze, but if we turned down the temperature, the meat would go bad. We have never been able to use our dishwasher, because every ten minutes it shuts off and you have to start it again. The water never drained in the bottom, causing our entire apartment to smell like rotten eggs. They would come and fiddle around with it and say it was fixed, but it never was. We have washed all of our dishes by hand for the past 9 years. The carpet is atrocious! Zero padding and it is so thin and cheap that it pulls always from the metal part before the tile and hurts when you step on it with bare feet. Before using our microwave, we have to turn off all the lights and the tv so a fuse won’t blow. Half of our light sockets didn’t work for years, and we don’t even have a coat closet. The windows and doors never want to open. They are always stuck so bad that I have to ask my husband a lot of time open them for me. There is no light in the outdoor storage unit or on the deck, so if you need to get something out of the storage closet after dark, good luck. And our building always reeks of pot. I recently moved out after being a tenant for 3 years. Office staff were always so polite and maintenance crew came out almost immediately whenever I had an issue in the apartment. The only reason I moved out was because I needed more space! I would recommend Deer Ridge to anyone.

I lived at Deer Ridge for 2+ years and moved out due to having a baby. The property manager Liezl is amazing as well as the maintenance staff. They are always quick to handle any issues I have and it's a great location, close to everything I need!

They dont want to fix anything !!!!!!! All they want to do charge you for everything !!!! They just want your money!!!!
