View is awesome. Management and maintenance are readily available and experienced. Hearing noise from your floor is rare- you can hear people in the hall, but someone can be blasting music and you won't hear it. Occasionally you'll get noise above or below. Parking garage needs repair. You're on your own if your vehicle is hit. No guest parking. People around the nearby bars are VERY loud outside every Friday and Saturday; police and EMS are over there almost every weekend. You pay electric,... laundry, optional garage parking. They could be better about giving notice ahead of time for showings once you give notice that you're leaving. Pretty solid overall- as of writing nothing competes at their price ranges imo.

Love in Lakewood
This building is perfectly located, right on the river, with easy walking to a lot of the local hot spots. The units are well-maintained, and the closet space is amazing (which is hard to come by in Lakewood)! The kitchen offers great storage space along with major appliances. The leasing office manager is extremely friendly, and knows all her tenants by name.
Bonus: there's a beautiful metro park across the street that provides running, biking, and access to the river. I love it here!
