Aside from recently resolved property management issues, nice place

Nice place, good neighborhood ,very walkable. Affordable and safe with amenities nearby (grocery, restaurant, coffee shops..etc.) Property management soon to improve.Overall a good apartment in a nice community.

Not worth it

The apartments appear to be beautiful, but the overall conditions are so poor. I lived here for two years and the second year it was unfortunately bought out by new management. They have no idea what they are doing. It would take them weeks to get back to my emails and calls and even when they did they were no help. I put in a service request and maintenance entered my unit with no notice and caused a mess. I see that they have since upped the rent, totally not worth it.

Location is great, except for all the problems you'll have

I lived at said property for two years. The first year it was owned by a great company, sadly that's no longer true. The new owners jacked up the price, with little to no true improvements, only cosmetics to hide the place isn't worth the price. Maintenence took MONTHS to solve major issues, including shower temperature and a functional kitchen sink. Things only improved once I put rent in escrow, but not by much. Plus your property manager will change monthly, if not more. Good luck with... contact. You're worth more time and effort.
