I love it here. It’s nice and quiet. Have had a few minor things but nothing bad. My husband loves the ponds to fish in and I love the pool. Spent most of the summer there laying in the sun

Apartment interior is great, but the surrounding area is a bit hit and miss.
Lack of easy access sidewalk/walking paths, inconsistent parking regulation, enforcement and availability. No parking available in front for our unit except for garages whereas all other units have reassemble access to this. Instead we have to fight for two spots and people will just park on grass or along the lane/road so getting in and out of our area.
Speed bumps are too aggressive too.
Also geese and their... droppings all over the complex isn’t pleasant.
Overall a nice place but not the best.

Everything is really good! The front office ladies & the maintenance staff are always helpful and friendly which I do appreciate! The large snow removal in February was handled very well! I have no complaints. Great job folks. I enjoy living here every day.
