This is a nice community to live in. Most of the people are nice and it is quiet. The upkeep has gotten better, but there are some improvements that could be made. The amenities are also kept nice.

A quiet neighborhood with spacious units. By far our favorite apartment complex we've ever lived in. (We actually moved back after moving away, because nothing beats how quiet the neighborhood is)

Speeding Traffic
Management need to do more to prevent speeding within the complex, there is no place to walk except in the street which is unsafe with all the speeders. Install better speed bumps, stop signs, rumble strips. Anything please.

We understand that excessive speed can create... safety concerns for pedestrians, children, pets, and other drivers. While it can be difficult to identify specific vehicles without additional information, we take this matter seriously. We will continue to monitor traffic within the community, remind residents to observe the posted speed limit of 15mph, and address any lease violations when sufficient information is available.
If you observe future incidents, please let us know the date, time, location, and, if possible, a description of the vehicle or license plate. This information helps us investigate and take appropriate action.
