We moved here 3 weeks ago and cannot believe what a nice community this is! It is super quiet and very pet friendly. We moved here from an apartment complex and are super happy with the location and how peaceful it is.

We just moved in and so far it has been a nice experience. You can tell our new apartment was cleaned and newly painted with fresh carpet! So far we have really enjoyed how smooth the moving process has been.

Moved in about a month ago, and so far we are really happy with it! The apartment is large and overall well maintained. The community is friendly, but also quiet and there are no noise disturbances from the neighbors. The pool and clubhouse are gorgeous. The dog park is pretty plain, nothing more than a fenced in grass area. No dog structures/tunnels or water. Also, we were notified on a Friday afternoon that the pool would be closed for the weekend - while it was a heat wave, and in the mid 90s... . They said it was routine maintenance, and it may have been, but definitely poor timing :( That being said we are overall happy and are enjoying the community!!

The units are spacious! Love the attached 2 car garage and patio. Dual sinks are also a plus. The only downside is how thin the walls/ceilings are. We can hear every step and move our upstairs neighbors make and has caused frustration and lack of sleep in the year we’ve lived here.
