This company has zero communication skills!! You can call, email you will never get a response! Absolutely horrible company. I was over charged for my rent. I contacted district manager by email, I also left VM, Waited for a response that I never received. My AC has been out for 16 days, in JUNE! Contacted by request in the app, VM left and also sent emails, response NOTHING!!! They only have 1 maintenance guy, yes you read that right only 1!!! I'm so fed up with these people!!!

Solid Apartments
Pretty solid apartments for the price! They have washer and dryer hookup and they have patios/balconies. They also have off street parking which is super nice.

Improvements in the making
I have enjoyed my stay with echo flats, the apartments are great price for what you pay. Response times have greatly improved, I love loving living here.

I recently toured Echo Flats and was very pleased with what I saw. Management seemed knowledgeable and so patient with all my questions.
