New home
I’ve had an amazing experience living here. The community is well kept and safe. The staff is very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. My apartment is very comfortable and everything has been smooth. I’m very glad I chose this place to call home !

Great place to live.
The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around very easy. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was — perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help if I had any questions. Move in was smooth and hassle-free.
I highly recommend Sodel Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and stress-free stay.

Sodel
I’ve had a great experience living at SoDel Apartments. The location is peaceful yet close to everything, and the community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. My apartment is modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The management team is friendly and responsive—maintenance requests are handled quickly. Amenities like the gym and parking are a huge plus. Overall, it’s a comfortable, safe, and stylish place to live. Highly recommend!

Loving my new home
I moved into this community and its absolutely amazing. The renovations are lovely and the lady in the office Kara has been very helpful through the whole process. Any maintenance request I have they are right on it and the location is perfect right by everything you'd need. I recommend making this your new home !!!
