Customer service & the CEO and the whole company is trash
We lived here for a year and we have about 10 or more repairs that we need done in the apartment and it has been about a month and a half and they still haven’t done anything. They blocked our phone numbers. I wish that I could give it a zero stars because I would with no hesitation. DON’T rent from them EVERYONE because it is the worst apartment complex ever..

Awful
I've lived here over a year now. The apartment manager is very limited to what she can do and is more helpful in emergencies than their "emergency maintenance" is. Apparently, living with a mouse for 2 months from a neighboring apartment isnt an emergency either and was taken care of on my own. I even had to get the city involved for them to come out a second time to inspect. We no longer have a maintenance person and the CEO hasnt returned my emails nor has the community returned my calls or... emails regarding the lack of snow removal from our sidewalks. We cant even get to the mailbox, parking lot (which is full of ice) or garbage bin safely. There's a lot of elderly and children here, some who have fallen, one who has had to call the squad due to a fall, yet no one cares. No one has salted or shoveled and theres more coming. Yes, it's less expensive to live here but the windows suck and you are better off elsewhere.

The worst customer service!
The absolute worst experience I have ever had! We put in our application and it took over a three weeks for them to even run the credit then said there was an issue but refused to tell us what it was. They kept making promise's as to when they would know something and when the unit would be ready. I went above the office manager to her boss and it took over a week to reply and when she promised to handle it and call me back she never did. So I went to the Regional manager and still no reply.... They have held our deposit for over a month and won't return it or our app fee. Do not rent from this place!
