Worst part about the units are the lack of insulation allowing conversations to carry, the pool is never open and the outside garbage to throw trash is extremely far from the building. Unit price needs to decrease.

Always something. There’s pot holes everywhere. Trash everywhere. Bright side cops are always there . Except it’s to arrest people and deal with violence issues. Sooo much noise. No one cleans up after their dogs. Can’t really find much good but good luck. I’d run far away!!!!

They took my application fee and let me send in all my documents thru emails just to cancel and block my number. The lady was a smart mouth and is very unprofessional.i just don’t understand how you can cancel someone without a call and if you didn’t receive something why not call. I am glad they cancel me because now I live in a better place.

If you don’t get stung to death then you’ll have time to fight off the raccoons and other rodents. Bees everywhere. In the walls and coming through windows. Management very poor at communicating and doesn’t know how to properly take care of issues

idk how this place has decent reviews. i live there now and i am trying to break my lease because someone got murdered within walking distance of my apt. not to mention roaches, out of control trash, bed bugs, you name it! please dont be like me and rent here
