If you decide to move here, get a balcony apartment. Living in a downstairs apartment is a complete nightmare. I can't tell you how many times I been to the office and sent emails about the upstairs neighbors being rude and disrespectful as if no one lives under them. If you decide to get a upper apartment, you still have to deal with the neighbors in the 3 bedroom apartment.You can hear them too. I got a few more months here and if I can leave now, I would. If there was 0 stars, that's what... they would get. It got me to that point where they deserve no stars for their effort for not controlling their residents.

Perfect place to live
The apartments are very nice and upgraded. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful.

Good but Expensive
These apartments are nice but the have a lot of problems, my roommate and I have called over 50 times in the last 9 months to get things fixed. though the staff is amazing and come within 24 hours it would still be nice to no have so many problems. It's great because there is a Kroger's 3 mins down the road and a speedway 2 secs. up the road

Think Twice
This has been the worse year ever. We have had to deal with mice for over half of our stay here eating threw our walls we have complained many times they have come out so many times and still it is a big problem. There is always trash everywhere around the trash cans and this is not a kid friendly place. No park no nothing for them to do but play in an empty yard. For the amount of money you have to pay go elsewhere. So glad we are moving the minute our lease is up!
