My time at Hickory Creek was extremely disappointing. While the maintenance team was genuinely accommodating and did everything in their power to help, they were severely hampered by the property manager, Brittany. My fridge broke down multiple times over a two-month period, and despite the maintenance team's best efforts, Brittany refused to provide a replacement until I stopped paying rent. MIND YOU I WAS DEALING WITH ROACHES, BLACK MOLD ALL OVER THE TUB, NO INSTALLATION IN MY... CLOSET!!!
Additionally, during the hot summer months, my AC was out for an entire month, and Brittany completely ignored my urgent requests. Despite multiple phone calls, office visits, and messages, she was unresponsive and never followed through. What made matters worse was learning that, instead of addressing residents’ serious maintenance issues, Brittany was often seen out socializing and drinking with the regional manager and leasing agent during work hours.
It’s clear that Brittany’s negligence and lack of professionalism made living at Hickory Creek a frustrating and stressful experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for housing.

Moved in and immediately were met with the never ending problem of cockroaches. Every two weeks we are forced to completely move out of our kitchen and bathroom only for the problem to never go away!! Don’t live here!!
