Many of the reviews I see are outdated and do not apply currently. I've been here a little over 3 months and it is great!! New management has taken over. The office people are great! They're so polite and helpful. They are currently updating the apartments as they become empty. My apartment has beautiful brand new cabinets and appliances. It's a great place to move!!!!

Nice and clean, new appliances ,affordable,2 bedroom are big and roomy it’s a good very quiet community. Property manger is very nice and responds back fast with whatever you need .

I looked at several apartments before The reserves and for the price, this property is nicer than anything else I saw. The units are updated and clean and the management is great. There is also a gentleman with amazing blue eyes in back office that is a pleasure to deal with.

The trash issue is out of control! No reason the trash bin should be for the same day. It’s picked up by rumpke!!!! Maybe it’s because of the fact that 5-8 people live in a 1-2 bedroom apartment …smh. Roaches roaches roaches everywhere. It’s so sickening. And there’s nothing to do when your neighbors bring them. I’ve lived here a while and I am definitely apartment hunting. An extreme extermination needs to happen. And I’m not talking about come in and spray once I’m talking about a weekly... type of thing until this problem is done for all apartments. I keep my house clean yet if I turn the light on randomly one night in the kitchen, I’ll see a few roaches scatter away. Read More
