RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!! Every maintenance man and property manager that has any sense of morality has already fled the property because they can’t stand the lack of care ownership shows. I would avoid this spot, you can do so much better. I really hope I can save you.
Pool hasn’t worked in a year and a half. Faux luxury. They give a mean landlord special though, they’ll make sure your apartment just barely works, never truly fixing anything. Moved in 2/13 and have had nothing but problem after... problem. Have had to move my work schedule around so that management can send contractor after contractor into my apartment to fix things that should have been addressed before I even moved in. Couldn’t take a shower in my own apartment for the first month or so, that should have told me something. I genuinely don’t even think it’s the property manager or maintenance persons fault. This boils down to scummy landlords prioritizing their money over you. Find another spot, there’s nothing for you here. Rent an apartment down the street and walk up here if you want a view, no one is stopping you from doing so.
And if you do live into an apartment that isn’t ready and decide you want to move out, get ready to pay for it. They do not care about you. They do not care about you having a comfortable living space. And they show you the door with a jubilant smile as they know they just diverted you out of money.

It has a great views and modern interiors. You can enjoy staying the location because it highlight the amenities and there is a vibrant living option with great city access.

After 4 years living at City View apartments...
I lived here for 4 years. The location is the perfect compromise between a quiet and peaceful place and close to everything like grocerie stores, Newport on the levee, downtown Cincinnati etc... The new managment does a great job! They make things moving in the right way: they constantly upgrade things, the maintenance is quick, they organise social parties... Relaxing on my balcony in the evening, with the skyline view is my favorite.

Very pleased here.
I love it here! The view is great, and it’s a very central location, close to everything! Chrissy has been very helpful with everything my roommate and I have needed. And she did a great job answering ALL of our questions and making us feel comfortable before we moved in.

Great View and Living Situation
City View is a great place to live. The view of the city is incredible and the people who live there are wonderful as well. Gwendolyn, the apartment manager is amazing. She takes her job very seriously and is very accommodating to the needs of the residents. Overall City View is a great place to live and I would highly recommend it.
