Have lived here a year now and it has been a very positive experience! We have had no major issues and any maintenance problems that have come up have been resolved quickly with no fuss. Despite being near the highway it is pretty quiet, and we hardly ever hear noise from neighbors. The amenities are nice (use of the on site facilities plus those at the Barn), the staff is responsive, the apartments are clean (no bugs), pricing is decent (at least comparable to other places in the area), and the... neighborhood’s nice and feels safe. Minor improvements could be clearing the parking lot from snow better, and sometimes the trash compactor breaks but they always put a temporary dumpster when that happens. The one bedroom unit is a bit small and the units have a couple practicality problems (some interesting layouts, closet space, etc), but the wood floors, big windows, patio, and big island countertop all make it worth it to me! Overall we have really enjoyed living here and would recommend!

Overall I love living here but things just aren't what I expect with the apartments being luxury apartments. The appliances are old and outdated now and they are just basic model appliances, for the price that residents pay to live here the appliances should be top of the line. The exterior of the apartments are definitely showing their age which is sad because they are beautiful apartments. The exterior to some of the buildings need lots of work. The gated community aspect has become an issue... with the entrance gate broken more frequently. The trash compactor seems to be an ongoing issue. I just don't understand why adults many of them professionals that just don't take care of the property and take pride in where they live,

My experience at The Hayden Lofts has been exceptional. The apartments are stunning, with high-end finishes, spacious layouts, and gorgeous natural light. The gourmet kitchens and luxurious bathrooms make every day feel elevated.
The amenities are top-tier, from the resort-style pool and modern gym to the great co-working spaces. The social events fostered a real sense of community with fantastic neighbors.
What truly sets The Hayden apart is the phenomenal management and maintenance team.... They are incredibly responsive, professional, and caring.
