Mold
There is water damage and wet floors all over the common areas of the property, and - it looks like - in bathrooms, as well. They had microbial like growth in the walls, did not manage it properly. They are exposing tenants to potentially unsafe conditions. They are slow to respond and don't seem to know how to maintain a property. Keep your family safe and avoid renting here.

Great Apartment. Awful Noise.
Love the facility, the parking, the admins, the walkable entertainment, and the soundproofing from inside the building.
That said, Bridge Park should have never, ever permitted a bar-bar that plays loud music from 9AM to 2:30AM. We don't mind it during the day, but after midnight, noise machines only do so much. Then there's the loud drunks, daily car alarms, and souped-up car exhausts. Not to mention the car with train horn that nearly knocked us off the couch a few nights ago.
If you have... a choice, pick an apartment that's not facing Longshore or on the top floor. Or buy an industrial noise machine.

Good area, noisy apartment, unresponsive management
Good places to eat within walking distance Noise levels in apartments are ridiculous in the mornings and especially at night. Makes it difficult to work remotely or sleep Building management doesn't respond to issues.

BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN CBUS
By far my favorite apartment complex I’ve lived in. The location is EVERYTHING. So many amazing restaurants and shops within a few feet from you. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and chill yet an exciting vibe. Every time my family or friends come to visit they say it feels like they are on vacation and I totally agree. Updated and super nice apartments, management is incredible, it’s just a top notch experience all the way around. You will love this place as your new home!!

Continuous Lock Outs
They have a huge problem with their lock system - system has gone down multiple times locking residents out in early hours because key fobs won't work. It takes maintenance 1-3 HOURS to come out. The leasing office refuses to give anyone a manual and never apologizes or responds to questions why it keeps going out. Elevators are also always broken. Absolutely inexcusable.
