I absolutely love the updates in my apartment. Real granite and and backsplash in the kitchen! Maintenance is great and the new property manager is really on top of things.
I'm happy I took a chance here, because I'm really happy.

Rent is very high compared to other apartments near university of dayton area and conditions of the apartment is bad, many times sewage water leaks into the apartment from the bathtub or from the toilet

I moved in very recently and was expecting something "luxury" but I would not call it that. Finishes in kitchen and bathroom make the apartment look nice, but as soon as you look at the smaller details like the paint job, baseboards, plumbing, windows, it is not nice at all. The apartment did not come previously cleaned as I found a dead mouse that had been there for at least a couple weeks. You can definitely hear your neighbors through the thin walls and ceilings. The only ceiling lights are... located in a closet, bathroom, and kitchen, so beware that it is constant darkness. Lots of things came broken unfortunately.
Jamie, the property manager, is extremely nice and parking is ample. Neighbors are very friendly as well. Utilities are billed at a flat rate, so that's convenient. I would recommend weighing what you value in an apartment and schedule a tour before signing the lease so you can see what you're getting.

Maintenance always comes when a problem happens and is very friendly . Jamie is very Communicative! The Neighbors are nice and friendly! Kramers is close by … the pool and grill out area is always kept nice ! Nice place to live !
