This building is so gross the walls are literally falling apart. Then new renovations are not worth the price they are charing. Management staff here absolutely sucks. Took months to get someone to even respond about them violating a provision in my lease. This building has no AC not even window units. Came home on one occasion to maintenance staff and contractors in my apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Horrendous service. Broken elevators. Dismissive ownership. Dangerous living conditions. If I had enough time to tell you of the dozens of problems we have had, I would. You can find a much better, safer, more pleasant apartment somewhere else. AVOID like the plague. The owners DO NOT CARE about you.

I am being forced to move so they can upgrade my apartment, but the entire building is in dire need of repair. Both elevators are broken, with only one occasionally working. The heat never works and the windows allow all of the cool air to leave, skyrocketing energy costs in the summer. No communication, just a slip under my door to move within 30 days. Don't believe a word they say.

This apartment building is gorgeous and beautifully old. Unfortunately, the owners are gutting the beautifully tiled bathrooms and redoing the beautiful and unique white kitchen. These remodels are significantly raising the rent making this apartment one I would not want to live in. It is sad to see such beautiful old buildings be ruined in this way.
