One of the best student housings you will ever get. I’ve had an amazing experience living at this community! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure residents feel supported. The property is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally.
My apartment is clean, comfortable, and a great place to study and relax. Overall, this is the best student housing experience I’ve had. I highly recommend it to... anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place to live during the school year!

Amazing community
This is a great community the location is perfect for any ud student looking for housing. I lived here for the first few years and I have no complaints. It’s truly perfect the location, price, renovations. I definitely recommend looking into living here if you’re an upcoming ud student. The manager is very professional and helpful. Maintenance is also timely. This have been a very smooth transition from start to finish

Dayton - Flyer Pointe
I’ve really enjoyed living at Flyer Pointe Apartments. The property is always clean and well-maintained. The size of the one-bedroom is perfect—spacious enough to give me my own space as a college student, while still being close to campus. Management has been wonderful and very easy to work with. Overall, a great place to live!
